I want to use this blog to point out some things that are funny. Sometimes funny, is really sad, and it just happens.  Found this on Craigslist, and the first sign that it is going downhill is that the school district is really named ”Maine Endwell” not “Main Endwell”:

Exelent school district ( main endwell ) This lovley home is in need of a loving family.
